Food Grade Gas Cylinder Exchange Program
Domestic customers can indicate when they purchase their complete RocketTM or Refillo-WhipTM System if they want to participate in our gas exchange program.
Program participants receive an M-20 cylinder full of “food grade” N2O via ground delivery.
The M-20 cylinder remains property of Gruenewald Manufacturing Company, Inc., and MUST be returned when empty.
The way that our exchange program works is that when the customer notices they are running low on gas, they contact us requesting delivery of a replacement M-20 food grade gas cylinder. We advance a full cylinder to the customer along with a return tag. The customer sends back the original cylinder, in the same box using the preprinted tag.
If at any time your business decides they no longer wish to use our system for any reason, they are obligated to return the M-20 cylinder to us, at their own expense.
- IMPORTANT - ONLY FOOD GRADE N2O SHOULD BE USED IN WHIPPED CREAM PRODUCTION!
- Customers may at any time decide to obtain gas locally, it is the customer's responsibility to return Gruenewald's M-20 cylinder at their own expense.
- Failure to return a cylinder by the agreed upon date, authorizes Gruenewald Manufacturing Co., Inc., to charge the customer replacement value.
- We Reserve the right to refuse to sell gas to any customer, for any reason.
